ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Keith Dagenhart. I grew up in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, but moved to the Portland area in 1998. I arrived here with 10 years of experience in various aspects of the healthcare industry—and a desire to expand my skills to help people achieve optimum health. I became an Oregon Licensed Massage Therapist in 1999 and have received training in a variety of healing modalities since then. In my spare time, I’m a practitioner of Filipino Martial Arts, which reminds me of the importance of harmonizing mind, body, and spirit. I also enjoy walking and running, watching sports of all kinds, and the American Ninja Warrior TV show.

AN EXTENSIVE TOOLBOX

In addition to standard massage, I specialize in cranio-sacral therapy, myofascial release, gua sha, and the AromaTouch technique. I am also a certified Reiki practitioner, a QiGong instructor, and an herbalist. I offer all of these services through my company Harmony & Health, Inc., and I have relationships with a variety of other providers if you need a referral for other types of natural healthcare. I hope you will explore my website to learn more about me and the wider variety of services I offer, and feel free to click the link on the left side of your screen to schedule an appointment with me. I can help you begin a journey of healing, leading to a life of less pain, more energy, and fuller body motion. Don't put relaxation, reduced stress, and pain relief off any longer!

a lasting solution

I had seen other providers for many years for my chronic low back pain problems, but their treatments provided only temporary relief. Keith was able to help my spine to actually grow more healthy, and backaches are an infrequent occurrence these days.
